Dave’s Gourmet Jammin’ Jerk Sauce
Dave’s Gourmet has created a great Jamaican-style marinade for pork, chicken, beef or goat. The fiery heat in this sauce comes from a healthy dose of red habaneros, and the deliciously complex flavors come from a blend of traditional Jamaican seasonings including allspice, lime juice and cane vinegar. Dave’s Jammin’ Jerk Sauce is a nice change from dry jerk seasoning, and you can also use it as a savory table sauce. No preservatives. Refrigerate after opening.
